Embark on an artistic journey through the world of unique pet portraits and stunning wildlife art, perfect for enhancing your home.
I was born and raised in Germany, where I began my artistic journey, sharing my artistic talents with many of my family members.
I immigrated to Canada in 1980 and have lived and worked in Toronto, Ontario, and British Columbia. In 1995, I moved to the Grey-Bruce Region and currently reside in Walkerton, Ontario.
My inspiration to paint animals, particularly my unique pet portraits of dogs, stems from my deep love for all creatures.
Alongside my passion for art, I owned and operated a dog-grooming business for nearly 30 years. This professional involvement with dogs has helped her to develop a keen sense of detail, which is beautifully reflected in all of my pet and wildlife art.

As a passionate pet portrait artist, my artistic journey revolves around capturing the unique essence of your beloved animals. Using high-quality paints and materials, each piece serves as a heartfelt tribute to your furry friends, blending my love for unique pet portraits with the beauty of wildlife art.
Each unique pet portrait is painted for you using your photos, capturing the essence of your beloved animal.
I only use top quality acrylic paints and gallery wrapped canvases.
The costs for these stunning pieces of art vary based on canvas size and the number of animals depicted.
Starting at $300 for a 14”x14” gallery depth canvas
This is the most common requested size.
Tip: when taking pictures of your pet, aim to photograph it from the front at eye level.
For more information about my pet portraits and to receive a quote, please contact me.

On occasions I have some wildlife paintings available for sale.
Although I like all animals I have a particular passion for bears and wolves.
While working in logging and tree planting camps in British Columbia many years ago I had the opportunity to see many of these majestic animals in their own habitat.
If you are interested in any of my wildlife paintings please contact me regarding availability.
